Our Services

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We administer Adult Residential Facilities in the cities of San Bernardino (North) and Fontana (South), specializing in caring for and serving adults with intellectual disabilities, ages 18-59 with ambulatory capability.  Our services include an initial assessment, in home mental health services, and an individual care plan.  Our goal is to create a comfortable and loving environment.  You Thrive Care Services Inc. facilities ensure a sense of inclusion and normalization in a family and community setting by assisting our clients with becoming as independent as possible.

Our homes are four (4) bed facilities and You Thrive Care Services Inc. is proud to offer more person-centered care and personal space! The client rooms are spacious and there is ample room for leisure and relaxation when the client wants to get away. We have nice backyards, furnished patios, and large living rooms. 

The cities of Fontana and North San Bernardino are very well planned. The city guides come out regularly with activities in and around the community for people of all age groups. We utilize this for our clients. Many of the activities that the community offers are free, or the cost is minimal, which the facility will assume those costs.

You Thrive Care Services is committed to engaging clients regularly. We promote house activities, baking, gardening, playing sports outside, exercising, and anything to normalize our clients' experience.
