Our Direct Service Professional (DSP) position responsibilities includes care, supervision, light housekeeping, assistance with self-administration of medications, some transportation, modeling age - appropriate behavior and conduct, charting and documentation.  Promotion opportunities are available.
DSP minimum qualifications:

• Must be compassionate

• First aid and CPR certified

• Valid California Driver’s License (required for overnight shifts)

DSP preferred qualifications

• CPI or Pro-Act Certification preferred

• DSP Year I and/or Year II course completion preferred

• 1 Year DSP or similar experience

Prior to hire, candidates must pass an FBI and DOJ fingerprint background check.

Swing, NOC(overnight), and Weekend Shifts available.
