Led by Phalos & Janecia Haire, a husband and wife team with extensive management and direct care experience, our mission is to create the most innovative and professional Adult Residential Facility in the region.

Drawing upon their backgrounds as former administrators of large government and private institutions, the Haire team aims to enhance the quality of services while improving the lives of intellectually disabled individuals. With a heart of service, a desire to change lives, and expertise to support their vision, they have diligently worked to establish an environment where clients can be actively supported in reaching their goals for independence.
